Practical websites and software for small businesses.
A website that explains what you do. Tools that replace the spreadsheets and paper you’ve outgrown. Built around the way you already work, with the scope agreed before anything is built.

| The job sheet is in the ute, on the desk, or lost. | Job details, who’s on it and the next step, on any phone. |
| Quotes come out of a spreadsheet only one person knows how to use. | A quoting tool the whole team can use, with your pricing built in. |
| Customers ring to ask what you do and whether you can help. | A website that answers the common questions before they pick up the phone. |
| Forms get filled in twice: once on paper, then again into the computer. | Enter it once. It lands where it needs to be. |
Illustrative examples of the kind of change we work on, not client projects.
Three ways we help.
You don’t need the solution worked out. Tell us what’s getting in the way and we’ll help you find a useful next step.
-
Websites that make sense
Help people understand what you do, find what they need and get in touch. Clear pages, honest copy, works on a phone.
-
Software that fits
Practical tools for the jobs your spreadsheets and workarounds can’t quite handle. Job tracking, quoting, internal admin, customer logins.
-
Paperwork, without the paper
Turn forms, job sheets and scattered records into a clearer way to work, one everyday task at a time.
What the work looks like.
Greenline is a made-up property maintenance business: three people in the office, six on the road. The office books a job and assigns a crew. The crew sees the job, what’s needed and the notes on their phone. When it’s done, the office knows, and the invoice is ready.
This is the shape of most of what we build: one place for the office, one simple screen for the people doing the work, nothing typed twice.

On my wayMark as doneExample, played on a loop. Greenline is a fictional business, not a client project.
Start with a conversation. Build from there.
No technical brief needed. A description of what happens today and what you’d like to change is enough to start.
-
Understand the work
Walk us through how things run now, what takes too long and what you want to be different.
-
Agree on the scope
You get a written outline of the work, the timing and the cost before anything is built. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we’ll say so.
-
Build, check, then launch
You review it with us, try the important tasks yourself, and we agree on the handover and any ongoing support.
Who you’ll be dealing with.
Marck
Founder, JACE
I’ve spent more than ten years inside large organisations, rolling out business systems, looking after them once they’re live, and using the data they produce to find where time and money are being lost.
JACE brings that experience to small businesses, without the corporate price tag or the jargon. When you get in touch, you deal with me: I read your enquiry, work out the scope with you and build it. No account managers, no hand-offs.
JACE is a small, independent Australian business. The website, the tool or the digital process you end up with belongs to you, including the domain, the accounts and the content.
Set up for businesses like these.
Small teams where the owner is still close to the day-to-day work, and where a bit of the right technology saves real hours each week.
- Service businesses with staff on the road
An office team that books the work, crews that do it, and a gap between the two.
- Clinics and allied health
Intake forms, bookings and records that are currently on paper.
- Retail, wholesale and workshops
Orders, stock and pricing that live in spreadsheets.
- Clubs, family businesses and community groups
A website that finally matches what you do, and simpler admin behind it.
